Born on August 13, 1919 in Forest City, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, Albert was the son of Pranas (Frank) Komantauskas of Bubu Kaima, Lithuania (b. 1881 d. 1952) and Ona (Anna) Laurinevicious of Kvesu Kaima, Lithuania (b. 1893 d. 1976), who married in their native land in 1910 and came to the United States in 1914.
Albert was a World War II veteran. After enlisting in the U.S. Army on March 5, 1941, he was assigned as a Technical Sergeant to the Headquarters Company of the 82nd Armored Reconnaissance Battalion of the 2nd Armored Division (Hell on Wheels). He took part in the U.S. invasion of North Africa in the fall of 1942, and after five months in action there, a bomb dropped during a German air raid severely wounded him on April 15, 1943. While he was a patient at the wartime hospital in the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on March 31, 1944 he married Marjorie Ruth Morgan of Newnan, Georgia (d. Nov. 5, 1981). After a twoyear convalescence, he was discharged on May 19, 1945.
After the war, Albert and Marjorie settled in the Atlanta area, where Albert enrolled in Southern Technical Institute (now Southern Polytechnic State University) and graduated in 1950. He joined the avionics department of Southern Airways, which later became part of Northwest Airlines, and retired as the supervisor of that department after a 31-year career. A lifelong ham radio hobbyist, his personal call sign was W4JUF.¹

     Philip Robert Livingston Jr. was born on 27 February 1918 at Chicago, Illinois. He was the son of Philip Louis Livingston and Eleanor "Nellie" Bewley. Philip Robert Livingston Jr. married Marguerite Emery on 19 January 1946 at Hackensack, New Jersey. Philip Robert Livingston Jr. died on 15 October 1992 at Georgetown, South Carolina, at age 74.

     Marguerite Emery was born on 15 July 1921 at Wembley, England. She married Philip Robert Livingston Jr., son of Philip Louis Livingston and Eleanor "Nellie" Bewley, on 19 January 1946 at Hackensack, New Jersey. Marguerite Emery died on 5 March 1998 at Pawleys Island, South Carolina, at age 76.

     Philip Louis Livingston was born on 2 July 1885 at Sylvania, Georgia. He was the son of Walter Chapman Livingston and Elizabeth Steuer. Philip Louis Livingston married Eleanor "Nellie" Bewley before 1920 at ? New York, New York ?. Philip Louis Livingston died on 10 November 1955 at Miami, Florida, at age 70.

     Eleanor "Nellie" Bewley was born on 23 August 1885 at New Holland, Pennsylvania. She married Philip Louis Livingston, son of Walter Chapman Livingston and Elizabeth Steuer, before 1920 at ? New York, New York ?. Eleanor "Nellie" Bewley died on 3 April 1959 at Perth Amboy, New Jersey, at age 73.

     Walter Chapman Livingston was born on 17 December 1853 at Georgia. He was the son of Walter Livingston and Rosa Lawton. Walter Chapman Livingston married Elizabeth Steuer on 13 September 1884 at Savannah, Georgia. Walter Chapman Livingston died on 25 December 1908 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at age 55.

     Elizabeth Steuer was born on 31 July 1858 at Brooklyn, New York. She married Walter Chapman Livingston, son of Walter Livingston and Rosa Lawton, on 13 September 1884 at Savannah, Georgia. Elizabeth Steuer died on 15 June 1933 at Miami, Florida, at age 74.

     Walter Livingston was born on 12 November 1832 at Charleston, South Carolina. He was the son of Philip Philip Livingston and Eliza Barnwell Ashe. Walter Livingston married Rosa Lawton on 11 November 1852. Walter Livingston died on 20 November 1854 at near, Sylvania, Georgia, at age 22.

     Rosa Lawton was born on 24 February 1834 Beaufort District, [Lawtonville], South Carolina. She married Walter Livingston, son of Philip Philip Livingston and Eliza Barnwell Ashe, on 11 November 1852. Rosa Lawton died on 10 February 1916 at Waycross, Georgia, at age 81.

     Philip Philip Livingston was born on 19 February 1791 at Red Hook, New York. He was the son of Philip Henry Livingston and Maria Livingston. Philip Philip Livingston married Eliza Barnwell Ashe on 11 February 1818 at Charleston, South Carolina. Philip Philip Livingston died circa 1832 at Charleston, South Carolina.

     Eliza Barnwell Ashe was born circa 1798. She married Philip Philip Livingston, son of Philip Henry Livingston and Maria Livingston, on 11 February 1818 at Charleston, South Carolina. Eliza Barnwell Ashe died circa 1878 at Sylvania, Georgia.

     Philip Henry Livingston was born on 30 October 1769 at Kingston, Jamaica, British West Indies. He was the son of Philip Philip Livingston and Sarah Johnson. Philip Henry Livingston married Maria Livingston on 8 May 1788. Philip Henry Livingston died on 31 December 1831 at Red Hook, New York, at age 62.
