     Gilbert Fitz Roger Fitz Reinfrid Lord of Kendal married Hawise de Lancaster Baroness Kendal, daughter of William de Lancaster II, 6th Baron Kendal and Hawise de Stuteville of Lezenby, Cumberland, before 20 July 1189. Gilbert Fitz Roger Fitz Reinfrid Lord of Kendal died before 13 June 1220.

     Hawise de Lancaster Baroness Kendal was the daughter of William de Lancaster II, 6th Baron Kendal and Hawise de Stuteville of Lezenby, Cumberland. Hawise de Lancaster Baroness Kendal married Gilbert Fitz Roger Fitz Reinfrid Lord of Kendal before 20 July 1189. Hawise de Lancaster Baroness Kendal died after September 1226 [still living].

     William de Lancaster II, 6th Baron Kendal was the son of William de Lancaster I, 5th Baron Kendal and Gundred de Warenne. William de Lancaster II, 6th Baron Kendal married Hawise de Stuteville of Lezenby, Cumberland. William de Lancaster II, 6th Baron Kendal died in 1184.

     Hawise de Stuteville of Lezenby, Cumberland married William de Lancaster II, 6th Baron Kendal, son of William de Lancaster I, 5th Baron Kendal and Gundred de Warenne.

     William de Lancaster I, 5th Baron Kendal married Gundred de Warenne, daughter of William de Warenne 2nd Earl of Surrey and Isabel de Vermandois. William de Lancaster I, 5th Baron Kendal died in 1170.

     Gundred de Warenne was the daughter of William de Warenne 2nd Earl of Surrey and Isabel de Vermandois. Gundred de Warenne married William de Lancaster I, 5th Baron Kendal. Gundred de Warenne died in 1120. She Widow of Roger de Newburgh, Earl of Warwick.

     William de Warenne 2nd Earl of Surrey married Isabel de Vermandois, daughter of Hugh "the Great", "Duke of France & Burgundy" and Adelaide [Adelheid] "Countess of Vermandois & Valois", in 1118.¹ William de Warenne 2nd Earl of Surrey died on 11 May 1138.¹

      John of Gaunt was also known as John of Gaunt Beaufort. He was buried at St. Pauls Cathedral, London, England. He was the King of Castile & Leon; Titular.¹ He was the Duke of Lancaster.¹ He was born on 24 June 1340 at Ghent, Flanders, Belgium. He was the son of Edward III King of England and Philippa of Hainault.       Edmund of Langley was also known as Edmund Plantagenet.       Richard of York was also known as Richard Plantagenet of York. He was buried at Chapel Of God's House, Southampton, Hampshire, England. He was the Earl of Cambridge.¹ He was born circa September 1376 at Conisborough, Yorkshire, England.³ He was the son of Edmund of Langley and Isabel.¹ Richard of York married Anne Mortimer, daughter of Roger Mortimer and Eleanor Holland, circa May 1406; Marriage By Papal Disp. 23 May 1408.³ Richard of York married an unknown person circa 1414. He died on 4 August 1415 at Southampton, Hampshire, England; Beheaded.³

     Eleanor Holland was born in 1373 at Upholland, Lancashire, England.¹ She married Roger Mortimer on 7 October 1388 at Usk, England. Eleanor Holland married an unknown person in June 1399. She died on 23 October 1405 at Bisham, Berkshire, England.

     Richard Plantagenet was the Duke of York (3rd), Earl of March, Rutland & Cambridge.. He was the son of Richard of York and Anne Mortimer.³ Richard Plantagenet married Cecily Neville, daughter of Ralph Neville and Joan Beaufort, before 18 October 1424 at Yorkshire, England. Richard Plantagenet died on 31 December 1460 at Wakefield, Yorkshire, England, at age 49.⁴ He was buried on 30 July 1476.

     Cecily Neville was buried at Collegiate Church, Fotheringhay, Northamptonshire, England. She was born on 3 May 1415 at Raby Castle, Durham, England.³ She was the daughter of Ralph Neville and Joan Beaufort.² Cecily Neville married Richard Plantagenet, son of Richard of York and Anne Mortimer, before 18 October 1424 at Yorkshire, England. Cecily Neville died on 31 May 1495 at Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire, England, at age 80.³

     Edward IV Plantagenet was the Lord of Ireland.³ He EDWARD IV 1461 - 1470 & 1471 - 1483 + House of York. + Eldest son of Richard, Duke of York. He was very tall, at age of 19 he was + six foot three inches in height. Married Elizabeth Woodville. He fought + against Henry VI in the Wars of the Roses and after the Battle of Mortimer's + Cross in 1460,Henry was deposed and Edward declared King. Henry was restored + for a few months in 1470 but Edward gained victories at Barnet and + Tewkesbury and Henry was thrown into the Tower of London and murdered in + 1471. Edward was a commanding figure, tall and very handsome but he was + glutton for food and drink and also a womaniser. He amassed a considerable + fortune for the throne from his seizure of the Lancastrian estates at the + time of Henry's downfall. Additionally, the French King paid him an + annual stipend. William Caxton the printer was a friend of his. Edward had his + brother the Duke of Clarence charged with treason and after being found + guilty he was put to death by being drowned in a butt of Malmesbury wine! Edward died very suddenly of a fever on Wednesday 9th April 1483 and was + buried in St. George's Chapel, Windsor.

She married Ralph Neville, son of John Neville and Maud Percy, on 3 February 1396. Joan Beaufort died on 13 November 1440 at Howden, Yorkshire, England.

     Ralph Neville survived by most of his 23 children! He was a great church builder, 'curious flat headed windows being peculiar to + the churches on the Nevill manors'.
